The first Elevation Series session- Client Code, was everything I hoped it would be—real conversations, practical learning, and a room full of business owners walking away with clarity and next steps. The feedback has been incredible, and I’m so proud of what we created together!

In this session, we deep-dived into understanding your ideal client persona—because when you’re clear on who you’re speaking to, everything else in your business gets easier. From refining messaging to aligning offers, it was all about building stronger connection and clearer direction.

At our recent Business Sprint Session! A group of 10 successful business women came together to discuss challenges and put specific action plans in place to take their business success to the next level! The collaboration and diversity of skill and ideas was transformative and we are continuing to foster relationships with ongoing accountability and celebration check ins!

A workshop titiled Managing Multiple Priorities, Using your vision and Values to guide your path to success. An amazing group of women all sharing their challenges managing the never ending task lists and staying on course. It was a deeply reflective session about our ‘why’ with some easy to implement practical exercises to make each day more structured and less chaotic

I was delighted to be invited by We Rise networking Knox to be a guest speaker where I went through a session on Conquering Imposter Syndrome! It was a fun and interactive session with a fabulous group of female business owners

Studies show that women often hesitate to apply for opportunities unless they meet 100% of the qualifications—while their male counterparts go for it with far less. Add to that the constant juggle of business growth, family responsibilities, and personal well-being, and it’s no wonder so many of us feel stretched thin. The reality? Women remain underrepresented in leadership, with only a small fraction holding top executive roles globally.
